When the Foyle family revealed plans to open a gastro pub in Waterford after welcoming diners and critics alike to The Strand Inn, Dunmore East for decades, expectations were high. The Riverside Cottage is nestled on the outskirts of Waterford, a brief drive from Dunmore East.

The Riverside Cottage is a true labour of love, which is ideal for a long, sun-drenched afternoon lounge in the garden or for a cosy, winter night nestled in its traditional bar.

It takes it’s name from the river that flows beside it and the cute traditional cottage at the entrance.
